Subject :      Appeal preferred before H.E. Governor of Gujarat for Review of anti-social Bill passed by the Gujarat Legislative Assembly.

Respected Madam,

          I, the undersigned, a citizen of Gujarat State, do hereby lay following few lines for your kind consideration.

          I have preferred an appeal as a Public Interest Appeal before Her Excellency Governor of Gujarat against the Gujarat Regularization of Unauthorised Developments Bill, 2011 which is passed by the Gujarat State Legislative Assembly and lying for consent before the Governor of Gujarat. Copies of the Appeal and the impugned Bill are enclosed herewith.

          It is requested that the matter may kindly be considered at your level so far as this Bill is concerned which is enacted in violation of various laws and Constitution of India and keeping in view the practice and procedure of framing of statutes as per parliamentary procedures and limitations of State Legislatures to enact laws and you may also consider to call for explanations from the Gujarat Legislative Assembly and initiate appropriate proceeding against it as also issue necessary instructions for providing protection to me as prayed in the Appel.
